Sarah M from Bondi, NSWRuben Valencia phoned me immediately after my request and said that he would be here shortly after 5 (which he was). He made a thorough examination, ascertained that, indeed, there were bed bugs (he showed me 2 of them) and set to work immediately, explaining along the way what he was doing. He worked very fast and completed the job within a much quicker time than I would have thought (I can’t remember when he finished).
Since then, I haven’t been bitten and shall certainly recommend him to anyone I know who is unfortunate enough for this to happen to them. He also said that if I did get bitten to phone him and he would be here asap.
